Wedding and formal sit down meal - we provide a full package including the set up of marquees and function rooms with linen table cloths, glass wear and everything you require for your function. We can also cater for champagne receptions, canapés , desserts and bespoke menus.

Succulent whole locally reared pig roast, cooked and served. This also includes fresh floured baps, home -made bramley apple sauce and sage and onion seasoning. We provide our own linen and tables for our chefs to serve from so your event can be hassle free, leaving you to relax and enjoy the occasion.

We can also provide a “cook and deliver” service. This consists of us cooking the hog at our own premises and delivering it to you ready to serve at a time chosen by you. This service is provided within a 15 mile radius. There is an additional fee of £0.80 per extra mile.
British beef rumps roasted with garlic, salt and cooking oil or plain. This is served with fresh baps and a selection of condiments (mustard, horseradish etc) Beef roasts can be catered to feed up to 120 people.
We are more than happy to alter our seasonings etc to suit your individual requirements, please feel free to ask us. Linen and glass ware can be provided at an extra charge.

Roasted locally produced English lamb seasoned with garlic and rosemary. This is accompanied by a traditional mint sauce and fresh floured baps.
Our lamb roasts can cater for 50 people.
If you have more guests we have the equipment and facilities to offer up to two lambs, which will cater for 100 people.
Please ask us about altering any seasonings as we are more than happy to arrange this.
Let your guests choose from an array of up to 4 fresh, locally produced meats including beef, turkey, pork and lamb. A variety of stuffings to compliment the meats are provided along with a selection of sauces.

We can supply, cook and serve beefburgers, award winning pork sausages, chicken fillets, lamb kebabs and pork steaks. All our meat is locally reared and produced. This service includes fresh rolls, butter and condiments.
Please ask us about individual requirements as we can supply a range of side dishes and non meat alternatives such as salmon steaks, vegetable burgers/sausages and vegetable kebabs.
